Nothing.. I've been off the supplements for over 2 months now and it's made me realise that the industry is a huge money making scheme. I'm still making gains and getting everything I need from real food. I'm still using creatine though, which is costing me R30 a month.

The way I see it - Imbalances can always be fixed over time. So go ahead and keep training as you are. Once it's healed up 100% work a bit harder on the right arm.

Also maybe look at having some needlework done. I'm not talking about that acupuncture rubbish, but deep tissue needlework.

I haven’t done leg extensions in over a month now. Haven’t had one bit of knee pain, and I've been squatting everyday.
